What should be included in the request?

Any detail that clarifies the objective helps: what needs to be clarified, which segments are critical, and how the material will be used.

If the recording is very long (for example several hours), exact excerpts are not required upfront. Approximate time ranges, keywords, and short context notes are enough to start targeted analysis.

After submission, confirmation emails are sent to both the client and admin side, then file delivery continues in the background with retry handling.

Protected channel

This form uses protected intake (bot protection + chunked upload + background retry) so submissions remain reliable even on unstable networks.

  • Confidential handling and non-disclosure.
  • Submitted material is not shared with third parties.
  • Deletion/destruction can be requested after completion.

For long recordings (e.g. 7 hours)

If relevant sections are unknown, provide guidance: speakers, topics, rough timestamps, key phrases, or dates. This allows focused review without manual pre-cutting.
