Retracking Service – Bringing Analog Depth to Your Tracks
Elevate your digital compositions with the warmth of analog synthesizers and live instruments.
About Retracking
Retracking is a creative process where we replace specific VST MIDI tracks with analog hardware synths, giving your production a more authentic, organic feel. This service is ideal for artists looking to enhance signature elements like leads, basslines, and kicks. With retracking, your digital compositions can gain the warmth and depth of analog sound, breathing life into electronic music.
Our retracking service is best suited for those who want to take their tracks to the next level without the full cost of studio recording. It’s perfect for producers who want to swap out their VST-based sounds for high-quality analog synths but is less suitable for more complex sounds, such as glitches or noisy textures. Whether you’re a budding artist or an experienced producer, retracking adds an analog touch that can elevate your project.

The Retracking Process
Retracking can be a straightforward process, where we meticulously recreate your original sound design using analog gear. This "copycat" approach stays true to your vision while enhancing the richness of the sound. However, retracking can also be a more involved, creative process, where we co-produce new patterns or melodies. In this case, we aim to breathe fresh life into your track, offering a new perspective or approach.
The process begins with an in-depth review of the original composition. We then recreate the MIDI tracks with analog synths, running the signal through our high-end analog chain for the best possible sound quality. The result is a polished, professional recording that can transform unfinished ideas into standout tracks.
